2. MenyaKey Content

MenyaKey grants You permission to view and access a single copy of the content on this Site for personal use only. 3. Job Posting Conditions

Free Advert Posting:

Available only to:

  • Public institutions in Rwanda.
  • Micro enterprises meeting the following criteria (at least 2 of 3 conditions must apply):
Category Net Capital (RwF) Annual Turnover (RwF) Employees
Micro <0.5M <0.3M 1-3

Small, medium, large enterprises, international organizations, and recruitment agencies are not eligible for free postings unless under exceptional circumstances approved by MenyaKey management.

Paid Advert Posting:

  • Fees apply per job listing for organizations not qualifying for free services.
  • Current pricing is available on our Pricing page and may be updated periodically.
  • Payment must be made in full before the job posting goes live.

Posting Guidelines

All job postings must:

  • Accurately represent the employment opportunity
  • Not contain discriminatory language
  • Comply with all Rwandan labor laws
  • Include clear job requirements and qualifications

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws (including data privacy regulations like Rwanda's Data Protection Law).
  • Infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Post defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to breach Site security (e.g., hacking, spamming, spreading malware).
  • Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Site without permission.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers.
  • Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent.

MenyaKey may investigate violations and cooperate with legal authorities if necessary. Violations may result in termination of your account and legal action.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • This Site and its content are provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or completeness.
  • MenyaKey does not warrant error-free operation or virus-free servers.
  • Use of the Site is at Your own risk.
  • MenyaKey does not guarantee that job postings will result in hires or that candidates will meet employer requirements.
  • We do not verify the accuracy of all job postings or candidate information.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • MenyaKey's maximum liability for any claim related to this Site is 25,000 RWF.
  • MenyaKey is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss, or missed employment opportunities).
  • We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of employers or candidates.
  • MenyaKey is not liable for any technical failures or delays beyond our reasonable control.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify MenyaKey against any claims arising from Your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, including any third-party claims.
